We are friends, who met after years, in the place where we were born and have memories.

With modern design and a utilitarian perspective: on resources, tools, methods and knowledge. Sensitized by climate change, total quality management, environmental burden, social stratification and the household economy of our village. We will contribute, with sustainable extensions, to the utilization – management of material and intangible resources, but also of human energy, mental and physical.

With our primary goal, the rationalization of the economy of resources, animate and inanimate. Through the history and myths of our ancestors, modern science, new data on land use and with the required respect for local legends, the customs and traditions of our grandparents, we will channel our earthly love to the environment and our fellow man.
With our main tools, integrated management for sustainable agriculture, we aim to optimize the production of our land’s crops and to satisfy our fellow human beings – collaborators, who will be helpful in our efforts and will contribute to two-way information, for the cultivation, dissemination and promotion of our expectations.
We are active in our natural environment, with interventions that do not aim at consumerism. Our main goal is to attract our fellow human beings, who have as their core in the view of life, the human entity. Fellow travelers on a roadmap that aims for a sustainable planet. By reacting catalytically to our society and the environment with respect, we will manage to deliver it, to future generations, better than what was handed down to us.
We are oriented towards the promotion of our olive oil, from a food – condiment to a health product. Because on the one hand, the variety of olive trees, the microclimate, the new methods and concepts of plant protection, cultivation, oil extraction. And on the other hand, the living, economic, cognitive level and experience of our fellow human beings. It makes us optimistic about the implementation of our plans and the success of our goal.
We will contribute to this: which in modern nutrition is described as a “healthy diet” in general. Which, after studies and observations, on the dietary habits of the Greeks, on the occasion of their increased expectation, was called the Mediterranean diet.
There is inspiration, the will to create, the stubbornness. Tools with which we will convince, unhesitatingly and gradually, those next to us and those after us. So we hope this time, at this juncture, to initiate the improvement and evolution of our small society, for optimal results. Without the participation of “egoism”, with humility and positive thinking, we will continue together with the younger ones and with new minds.
Throughout this journey, we keep in mind the advice of our grandparents: “respect the olive trees, take care of them, and they will reward us richly with their fruits.” The best quality olive oil, with all the benefits, at the core of human health, will be our ultimate reward.
